    My availability varies throughout the year, but I typically book projects 1-2 months in advance. Please keep this in mind when reaching out to work with me.

  • We understand that everyone has different needs and therefore each project is a little different. The pricing of my services depends on which package you choose. You can view my set packages for brand design here. For a custom package, you can contact me for a personalised quote.

  • Absolutely! Working with a designer is a big investment, so I typically break it into 2-4 payments, depending how big the project is. For a standard payment structure, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking, and the 50% remainder is paid when the project is complete. However, I’m flexible and am happy to discuss options that work best with your budget.

  • I believe that branding is more than “just a logo”. Full branding in the form of additional brand marks, typography, colour palette etc will help establish your business identity and therefore, ensure consistency throughout all touch points within your brand. Before we start the design process, you will receive an in-depth Branding Questionnaire. I apply strategy to your branding so it works!

  • Absolutely! Although I am based in Australia, I work with clients from all around the world. Please keep in mind, that international payments may incur a small additional fee.

  • I am open to working with a brands existing logo in *some* circumstances, but it's definitely something that I would need to chat about first! We must ensure you have all the correct logo files on hand prior to starting such as vector or EPS files of your logo.

  • Most packages include 2 rounds of revisions after seeing the initial concepts. We go through an in-depth questionnaire and briefing process in the beginning to make sure we are on the same page, so 2 rounds of refinements are generally more than enough! However, additional revision can be purchased at my current hourly rate.

  • Possibly! Each project timeline has be thoughtfully created and mapped out to give us enough time to do our research, for me to draft your design, and for us to go through the refinement rounds. However, there are some circumstances in which your project may be able to be turned around quicker if the situation allows. If you need a rush project, please let me know well in advance so I can create a custom quote based on your requirements and a rush fee may be added depending on the deadline and complexity of the project.

  • Due to the digital nature of my services, I do not offer any refunds for any of my services. All deposits are non-refundable as it is my way of securing your spot in the queue. I typically book projects 1-2 months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with the project.

    If you wish to stop work on your project, you are not entitled to a refund and must reimburse Lisa Chen Design for any paid-for materials or licenses already purchased.

  • Once your project is complete and your final payment has been made, you will receive a direct link to access and download your files from Google Drive.
